我国企业跨国并购现状、动因和对策研究

A Research on the Actuality,Motivation and Strategy in Chinese Enterprises’Transnational Merger and Acquisition

随着国际竞争加剧,跨国并购已然成为国际直接投资的主要方式。面对外部需求急剧萎缩、国际贸易保护主义抬头的严峻形势,要加大对进出口工作的支持力度,要支持各类有条件的企业对外投资和开展跨国并购,充分发挥大型企业在"走出去"中的骨干作用。本文概括了我国跨国并购的现状并对制约因素进行了分析,探讨在并购中我国企业存在的若干问题,进而提出了一系列相关对策。

The face of a sharp contraction in external demand, international trade protectionism of the grim situation, it is necessary to increase the import and export support for the work, and to support various types of enterprises qualified to carry out cross-border investment and mergers and acquisitions, and give full play to large enterprises in ＂going out＂ the role of the main force. This article summarizes the current status of China＇s cross-border mergers and acquisitions and the factors restricting the analysis to explore the question of its existence, the final response to make a few points.
