淮南融入合肥经济圈之科技对接机制

On the Technological Docking for Huainan's Integration into Hefei Economic Circle

通过对合肥经济圈族团式发展模式中合肥、淮南两市产业发展特征、优势进行剖解,分析科技推进淮南融入合肥经济圈的区域经济和科技发展条件,紧紧围绕"两淮一蚌"经济和社会发展对科技发展的现实需求,探讨区域科技发展平台和区域科技发展联动体系建设的着力点,探寻建立两地科技合作协调机制的基本思路;基于科技资源配置的分层次性分析经济圈科技资源配置方式的优化及科技创新重点突破口,提出合淮实现科技对接的具体机制和政策建议。

Through the analysis of the industrial developing characters and advantages of Huainan and Hefei in Hefei Economic Circle group development, this paper analyses the conditions in which Huainan can be integrated by Hefei Economic Circle in the light of technology; it then discusses the local technological developing platform and the focus of its chain systems＇ construction, with regard to its practical requirements for both economic and social development, so as to find the primary ways to construct the mutual technological cooperation system; last, it puts forward the specific technological docking way and suggestions based on the optimization of technological resources disposition and the major breakthroughs in the technological innovation.
