在现实生活中,社会对于个体一贯的道德行为和品质可以给予相应的精神或物质回报,就是说,"德"要与"得"相对应。这一思想我国传统文化早有论述。就理论依据而言,不仅社会给予的道德权利和个体承担的道德义务的一致关系是"德""得"对应的有效论证,而且道德行为的价值性或社会贡献通常是"德""得"对应的重要理论支持。面对市场经济背景下的道德式微,建立"德""得"对应关系是解决危机的一种可行路径。为了保证"德""得"对应关系的实现,必须营造良好的社会环境,同时还要有规范的制度作为保障。

In the real life, the community has always provided individuals with the appropriate spiritual or material rewards for their moral behavior and quality, that is, ＂moral＂ and ＂earning＂ correspond to. This idea has long been discussed in China＇s traditional culture. Theoretically speaking, not only the corresponding relationship between the moral rights and obligations that community gives to the individuals, but also the valid and social contributions of the moral practice serve as an important theoretical backing for this relationship. It is the fundamental method for us to rebuild the relationship of morals and earning when we face the moral crisis in the market economy. In order to ensure the operation of correspondence between morals and earning, a favorable social environment and a regulatory system should be established to protect it.
