摘要
招考制度是教育制度中的基础性制度,同时也是具有丰富伦理内涵的制度。从伦理学的视角审视现行的招考制度,至少可概括出它在三方面的伦理特性。招考制度以竞争性为伦理之源,正义性为本质所在,人本性为价值旨归。这三方面的伦理特性也是维系现行招考制度发展方向的基本向度。
The admission system is one of the fundamental educational systems with rich ethical connotation. From the ethical perspective, the current admission system includes at least three ethical characteristics: competitiveness as its origin, justice as its nature, and humanity as its ultimate goal, which also construct the basic dimensions of development of the current admission system.
