现行招考制度的伦理特性审视

A Review of the Ethical Characteristics of the Current Admission System

招考制度是教育制度中的基础性制度,同时也是具有丰富伦理内涵的制度。从伦理学的视角审视现行的招考制度,至少可概括出它在三方面的伦理特性。招考制度以竞争性为伦理之源,正义性为本质所在,人本性为价值旨归。这三方面的伦理特性也是维系现行招考制度发展方向的基本向度。

The admission system is one of the fundamental educational systems with rich ethical connotation. From the ethical perspective, the current admission system includes at least three ethical characteristics： competitiveness as its origin, justice as its nature, and humanity as its ultimate goal, which also construct the basic dimensions of development of the current admission system.
