摘要 卡铂是铂类抗癌药的第二代产品,本文采用紫外分光光度法和二阶导数法测定了明胶微球中卡铂的含量,方法回收率分别为98.40%和99.72%,RSD分别为0.60%和0.89%,本法简便,无干扰,重现性好,适合原料药与制剂的分析。 The UV-spectrophotometry and Second Order Derivative Spectrophotometry were used to determine the content of carboplatin in gelatin microspheres. The average recoveries of both different methods were 98.40% and 99.72%, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 0.62% and 0.89%, respectively. Both the quantitative determination methods are simple, sensitive, accurate, and rapid. They can be used for quality control of carboplatin and its preparations.
