腹膜外剖宫手术216例报告

EXTRAPERITONEDAL CESAREAN A REPORT OF 216 CASES

目的：研究腹膜外剖宫产的经验。方法：1995年1月至1996年12月我院行腹膜外剖宫产术（EC）216例，抽取同期腹膜内剖宫产术（IC）200例作对照EC组切皮至胎儿娩出时间23．05min，术后并发症率25％．其中腹胀5.7％；IC组切皮至胎儿娩出时间19．4min，术后并发症率23％，其中腹胀13％。结论：我们的经验指出腹膜外剖宫产术是一种安全的剖宫产术式。

objective; to investigate the experience of the extraperitonedal Cesarean (E. C)Methods: 216 cases were performed E. C Between January 1995 and December 1996. In the same period, 200 cases who were belong to contral Group. The timefrom incision skin to fatal delivery and postoperative complication rate was recorded. Results: Ih the E. C Group,The tiofe incision skin to fatal delivery was 23. 05 minutes,Postoperative complication rate was 25%,of them the abdominal distantion was 5. 7%;In the I.C Group,The time incision skin to fatal delivery was 19. 4 minutes,Postoperative complication rate was 23 %,of them the abdominal distantion was 13 %. Conclusion:Our experience suggested that E. C is a safty operation for cesarotomy.
