摘要
八面河油田北二区为复杂小断块边底水油藏,开发时间长,井网密度大,注采不平衡,主力油沙体水淹严重,纵向上钻遇的油层多、断块多,形成了剩余油的富集区,主要通过水平井、大斜度井挖潜。首次在该区角5-平14井应用无固相甲酸盐储层保护钻井液体系钻遇油层,结果表明,无固相甲酸盐钻井液体系具有好的防塌能力和润滑减阻效果,性能稳定,粘度、切力较低,减小了有害固相及滤液对储层的伤害度,在八面河油田水平井钻井油层保护技术方面进行了有益的探索。
Area 2 in the North of Bamianhe oilfield belongs to complicated fault oil reservoir with edge and bottom water. With the characteristics of long--term development, high well spacing density, unbalanced injection--production, serious flooding in main oil sand body and rich oil layers and faults in vertical drilling, the area becomes remaining oil--abundant region. Enhancing remaining oil recovery can be realized mainly by horizontal well drilling and highly--deviated well drilling. First application of clay--free drilling fluid system protecting formate reservoir in Horizontal Well 14 of Jiao 5 in the region shows that the system can prevent caving and reduce resistance. It also has features of table performance and low viscosity and cutting force, thus minishing the damage to reservoir caused by harmful solids and filtrate. The application helps in exploring reservoir protecting technology of horizontal well drill-- ing in Bamianhe Oilfield.
