摘要
目的建立喘得安颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。选择C18色谱柱,甲醇-水-磷酸(23:77:0.3)为流动相;流速1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为210nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.249—7.470μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.50%,RSD=0.86%。结论定量方法准确、可靠、稳定,可用于制剂的质量控制。
Aim To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in chuandean granules. Methods E- phedrine hydroehloride was determined by HPLC. Methanol-water-phosphoric acid (23 : 77 : 0. 3 ) solution was used as the mobile phase ,the column was C18 ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Results For ephedrine hydro- chloride,the linear range was from 0. 249 to 7. 470 μg,and the average recovery, was 97.50% with RSD of 0.86%. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable, stable and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
