摘要
由于刑事诉讼法对刑事拘留期限的规定比较原则,在司法实践中,围绕刑事拘留期限产生了很多实务问题,而这些实务问题依据现有法律规定难以得到确切的答案。文章结合相关的法律规定及理论理解,对刑事拘留期限适用中的几个实务问题进行了探讨。
As the provisions of the ＂Code of Criminal Procedure＂ to the deadline of criminal attachment are too rough, therefore in judicial practice, there exists a lot of practical problems around thre deadline of criminal attachment which are difficult to be led to definitive answers on the basis of the existing legal provisions. Combining with the relevant legal provisions and theoretical understanding, this article dicusses some practical problems of the deadline of criminal attachment.
