文章从"孙伟铭案"等因"酒后、醉酒"驾驶造成的严重危害现状入手,在分析目前的社会环境、酒后驾驶人的心理、违法成本低和执法不严格等原因的基础上,提出了加强对"酒后驾驶"的立法修改、严格执法和构建预防和控制"酒后驾驶"的交通环境等建议。
