利用“实时标定”检测方法测围护结构传热系数 被引量:1

摘要 围护结构传热系数是表征围护结构保温隔热性能的基本参数,是建筑节能设计必须关注的热工指标之一.在简述标定热箱法检测传热系数原理的基础上,提出了一种简单易行、较为准确的"实时标定"检测方法,用于围护结构传热系数的检测,并通过实验验证了该方法的可重复性.虽然运用该检测方法进行围护结构传热系数检测时准确性会受到冷热箱温差大小的影响,但是误差在允许范围内,该检测方法与接触式热电偶测温法相结合的测试方法可以较准确地测试围护结构的传热系数. The overall heat transfer coefficient of building envelope is the basic parameter that measuring winter and summer insulation of the building, and the important heat index sign that we must pay attention to the energy efficiency design of building. This article puts forward an easier and accurate kind of "real time settling" method to examine the heat transfer coefficient basing on the principle of using demarcating hot-box method to measure it, then validates the repetition of the method though experiment. Although the accuracy using the method for measuring the overall heat transfer coefficient of building envelope will be subject to the temperature difference between the hot-box and the cool-box, the error is within the allowable range, measure the overall heat transfer coefficient of building envelope combining the method with the method of contacted thermocouple is accurate quite.
