摘要
以不同产地的5种N330炭黑样品为研究对象,用X-射线衍射分析法(XRD)对其化学组成和性能进行分析;用粒度分析仪分析粒度大小对原料性能的影响.结果表明,炭黑样品的品质顺序是1#>4#>5#>3#>2#.C的质量分数影响着炭黑的性能,质量分数越大,炭黑补强性能越好;随着O质量分数的增加,炭黑性能呈下降趋势;H质量分数对炭黑样品的性能影响不大.颗粒直径是决定炭黑质量高低的重要因素,直径越小,补强性能越好.
In this paper, the five samples of N330 carbon black came from different drigin are studied their chemical compositions and characteristic by X-ray diffraction, and effect analysise of samples particle size to material characteristic are testified with particle size analytical instruments. The results prove that the product quality series are 1#〉4#〉5#〉3#〉2#; the reinforcement characteristic of carbon black enhances with carbon increaseing and oxygen decreasing and has little effect with hydrogen. Particle size is the decisive factor of products quality. The smaller the particle size, the higher the reinforcement properties of carbon black products.
