开展国际交流项目对医学生医学教育国际化影响的调查分析

Survey-based Analysis of the Influences of International Exchange Programs on Medical Students' Internationalized Medical Education

了解我校医学教育国际化现状,分析国际交流项目对学生在国际化意识、英语水平等国际化素质方面是否存在明显的影响。通过问卷调查,将参加过国际交流的学生与未参加国际交流的学生进行比较。发现我校在医学教育国际化方面取得一定成效,参加交流的学生在国际化意识、英语水平、学术动向把握以及文献检索方面优于未参加交流学生。学生国际交流项目可在多方面提高学生的国际化素质,但需更大规模及客观的前后对照研究来明确对其影响及程度。

The paper analyzes the current state of medical education the possible influences of an international experience upon students＇ internationalization in our university and awareness of internationalization and English level. By a questionnaire-based survey, we compared students with experience in international exchanges with those without. We found that our university has made some achievements in internationalization of medical education, and that students with experience in international exchanges were superior to those without in inter- nationalization awareness, English level, mastery of academic trend and literature retrieval. Student international exchange programs can upgrade their quality of internationalization. However, more larger-scale and objective control studies are needed to clarify their effects and extent.
