摘要
为满足社会对营养专业人才的需求,通过在预防医学本科专业中设置营养与食品卫生学方向。文章阐述了泸州医学院进行预防医学(营养与食品卫生方向)专业建设的指导思想、建设目标,发展规划,以及专业建设的具体措施。
In order to meet the society' s demands for nutrition professionals, the direction of nutrition and food hygiene in preventive medicine was set. This article expatiates on the guiding idea, construction goal, development plan of the construction and development of the specialty as well as the specific measures.
