摘要
利用HP863中速磨煤机进行磨制褐煤的试验,研究了褐煤全水分、煤粉分离器折向挡板开度、磨辊间隙、一次风量及磨煤机出力等因素对煤粉细度的影响。结果表明,煤粉细度随煤粉分离器折向挡板开度的增大而变小,随磨辊间隙及磨煤机出力的增加而变大;褐煤全水分对煤粉细度的影响很大,对磨煤机的出力起决定性作用。HP863中速磨煤机磨制褐煤的最大出力可以达到34 t/h,并且在保证干燥出力的情况下可以磨制高水分褐煤。
A test of grinding lignite using HP863 medium speed coal mill has been carried out, some major factors affecting the fineness of pulverized coal, such as the total moisture of lignite, the open degree of reflecting damper in the pulverized coal classifier, the gap of gringding roller, the primary air flow rate, and the output capacity of coal mill etc. , being studied. It is obtained from test that the fineness of pulverized coal is improved as increasing the open degree of reflecting damper in the pulverized coal classifier, but the fineness of pulverized coal is worsened as increasing the gap of grinding roller and the output capacity of the coal mill. The total moisture of lignite has great impact on the fineness of pulverized coal, and plays an important role on the output capacity of coal mill. The max. output capacity of HP863 medium speed coal mill can reach 34 t/h,and can grind high moisture lignite under condition of ensuring a dry output capacity.
