摘要
某发电厂4×600 MW机组脱硫系统未采用回转式烟气换热器(GGH)。针对烟气采样预处理装置存在探头及加热部分腐蚀以及取样孔常被污堵的情况进行技术改造,除加装预处理装置前端保护管外,重新选择了装置的制做材料及其表面处理工艺。改进后的烟气采样预处理装置寿命长,运行效果好,且造价大幅降低,值得在同类电厂中推广使用。
The desulphurization system of 4 ×600 MW units in one power plant hadn't used generative gas heat exchanger (GGH), resulting in corrosion of sampling probe and frequent blockage of sampling holes by pollutants. For this,technical retrofit has been carried out,besides adding protective tube onto front end of the pre - treatment facility, the materials for manufacturing said facility and their surface treatment technology have been newly selected. After retrofitting, the flue gas sample pre - treatment facility has long service life, having good effectiveness in operation,decreasing cost of manufacture by a big margin,it is worth to be popularized and utilized in similar power plants.
