江苏省2006～2008年新型毒品(冰毒)滥用监测资料分析

Analysis of ice drug abuse from 2006 to 2008 in Jiangsu province

目的了解江苏省2006～2008年新型毒品(冰毒)的滥用流行情况。方法采用国家药物滥用监测中心编制的《药物滥用监测调查表》,对2006～2008年江苏省戒毒机构收治的和缉毒部门查获的冰毒滥用者进行问卷调查。结果在1 847例冰毒滥用者中,2006年130例,2007年688例,2008年1 029例,分别占江苏省全部监测人群比例的2.69%(2006年)、9.61%(2007年)和15.90%(2008年)。2008年男女性别比为478.0(以女性为100计算),高于2006年和2007年。2006～2008年25岁以下年龄者所占比例分别为43.07%、38.38%、32.17%,3年持续下降了10.90%。2006～2008年监测报告冰毒滥用人群以初中文化程度者、无业人员、无配偶者为主。2006～2008年滥用药物的主要原因是满足好奇感;获得滥用药物的主要渠道是同伴提供,分别占52.31%、53.05%、65.60%,3年持续上升了13.29%;滥用药物场所中,"暂住地、宾馆、租住房"3年持续上升了16.03%,是2008年监测报告冰毒滥用者滥用药物的主要场所;平均月耗费以2 000～8 000元者为主,3年间比例下降了16.95%;被调查者滥用药物的主要方式是"烫吸(踏食)"。3年间单一滥用冰毒者下降了21.05%。结论本地区冰毒滥用呈增长态势,但严重程度有所缓解。且本地区冰毒滥用者具有较为明显的人口学特征和药物滥用行为特征。针对冰毒滥用现状和趋势,需要加强对青少年的预防教育工作,加强对宾馆、娱乐场所和社区的管理。

Objective To understand the situation of ice drug （metamfetamine） abuse from 2006 to 2008 in Jiangsu province. Methods An investigation and analysis were conducted among 1029 ice drug abusers treated in Jiangsu detoxification settings or captured by drug control units from 2006 to 2008 with the Drug Abuse Monitor Survey Questionnaire designed by National Surveil lance Center of Drug Abuse. Results Among the 1 847 ice drug abusers, there were 130 cases in 2006,688 cases in 2007,1 029 ca ses in 2008. Ice durg abusers accounted for 2.69% in the monitored population in 2006,9.61% in 2007,15.90% in 2008. The male to female ratio was 478.0 in 2008,higher than that in 2006 and in 2007. Among those aged under 25 years from 2006 to 2008 ac- counted for 43.07 %, 38.38%fro, 32.17 %. The proportion increased by 10.90 %. From 2006 to 2008, most ice drug abusers had middle education, non spouse and unemployment. The main reason for abusing ice drug was satisfying curiosity. Peers was the main source for them to get ice durg,accounted for 52.31% ,53.05% ,65.60%. From 2006 to 2008,the proportion decreased by 13.29%. Tem- porary living places, hotels, rented houses were the main place ice drug abuse took place in 2008. From 2006 to 2008. the proportion decreased by 16.03 %. The main average money spent per month by ice abusers was 2000--8000 yuan RMB. From 2006 to 2008, the proportion increased by 16.95 %. From 2006 to 2008, the proportion of reported abusers using ice drug only increased by 21.05 %. Conclusion Surveillance data showed annual increase of ice drug abusers in Jiangsu province. The serious degree has the allevia- tion. Ice drug abusers have obvious social demographic characteristics and drug abuse behavior in Jiangsu province. The results sug- gest that drug abuse education and prevention should be strengthened in young people, and administration for hotels and communi- ty,recreation sites also should be enhanced.
