经尺骨鹰嘴截骨双钢板固定治疗35例肱骨髁间C型骨折分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨经尺骨鹰嘴截骨双钢板固定治疗肱骨髁间C形骨折方法及疗效。方法对2001年7月至2007年8月经尺骨鹰嘴截骨双钢板法手术治疗的35例肱骨髁间C型骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,平均随访时间18个月,对手术前后X线片及肘关节功能等方面进行分析。结果优和良25例(71.4%),一般8例(22.9%),差2例(5.7%),肘关节活动范围53°～135°(95.4±13.6)°。24例(68.6%)恢复术前活动和工作,28例(80.0%)对疗效满意。结论经尺骨鹰嘴截骨双钢板法手术坚强内固定治疗肱骨髁间C型骨折是可靠有效的治疗方法,多数病例能取得优良结果。
