摘要
高校图书馆人力资源的绩效评价问题体现了当代图书馆的管理水平。本文分析了现阶段高校图书馆人力资源绩效考评中存在的问题。提出了采用模糊评价判断方法,构建图书馆人力资源绩效评价体系,应用数字建模的方法定量化地评价高校图书馆人力资源的绩效水平,并进行了实例分析。
The performance evaluation of human resources in university libraries has manifested the contemporary library management level. This article has analyzed the question which the performance evaluation of university libraries's human resources exists in the present stage. Proposed fuzzy evaluation method, constructed the performance evaluation system of libraries's human resources, and applied digital quantitative modeling approach to evaluate the performance of university libraries's human resources. Finally, the case study carried out.
