摘要
以复杂系统理论为核心思想,从合作过程、系统结构、外部环境三方面对产学研合作的复杂性来源进行剖析;刻画了产学研合作的系统性特征与演化的一般规律;最后,应用最大熵原理构建了产、学、研三方合作的收益分配机制。结果显示,该方法运算准确、适用性强,可以在随机变量最不确定的情况下保证合作系统运行的稳定性与演化的顺利进行。
Using complex system theory as the core ideology,we analyze the complexity from cooperation process, system structure and external environment of the university-industry-science partnership and describe its systematic characteristics and general evolution law. Finally,we construct the income distribution mechanism for the university-industry-science partnership by using the maximum entropy principle. As a result, this method is more accurate and applicable and can ensure the system's stable operation and smooth evolution when the random variables are most uncertain.
