摘要
供应链的质量管理具有重要的现实意义。供应链质量管理就是通过把供应链的单个环节组织起来,构建一个完整有效的供应链质量保证体系,确保供应链具有持续而稳定的质量保证能力。在此基础上提出了供应链质量管理的特点、标志、管理模式和管理的策略。
The quality management of supply chain has a very important practical significance,which is to establish a whole efficient guarantee system of management of supply chain by organizing a single detail of supply chain to keep the supply chain continuous and stable. This paper mainly illustrates the features, the marks, the mode of management, and the strategy of management of supply chain.
