城镇居民在外用餐与收入结构变动关系分析——基于省级面板数据模型的分析

Research on the dynamic relationship between dining out and the income structure of urban residents:analysis based on provincial-level panel data model

对2002—2007年间我国31个省市城镇居民收入和在外用餐消费的相关数据,运用面板数据模型进行深入分析。研究发现:近年来,居民在外用餐消费不仅受可支配收入的影响,收入结构也对居民在外用餐产生重要影响。具体表现为:经营性收入成为影响因子最大的收入成分,而财产性收入却对居民在外用餐产生负影响,工薪收入和转移性收入对居民在外用餐影响稳定。

This paper use panel data model for in-depth analysis with 31 regions＇ urban residents income and dining out relevant data from 2002--2007. The study find that not only the disposable income but also income structure have an impact on residents dining out expenditure. The study shows that the biggest influential factors in income composition is operating income, while the property income have a negative impact on residents dining out,wage and transferred income have stable affect to residents dining out.
