摘要
对小学教师专业特性的认识直接关涉小学教师教育,认识的视角不同,可能会得出不同的结论。从当代教师专业特性、当代小学教育特性、小学儿童生命状态的角度分析当代小学教师专业特性所在,有利于对小学教师的培养。
Recognization of primary teacher's special features involves in the education of primary teachers and different perspectives may bring different conclusions. Analysis of the special features of the major of primary teachers, special characteristics on primary education, physical state ofprirnary students is helpful for the cultivation of primary teachers.
