On the Identity of the Community in the Construction of Harmonious Urban Community Culture

加强对城市社区文化的研究,建设具有本区域特色的和谐的文化形式是建设和谐社区的重要方法和主要内容。从这个意义上推动构建的和谐城市社区的和谐文化应该定位于:首先,要塑造具有个性特征的社区文化形象;其次,要探索出本社区文化产业化的新路子;此外,要建设高素质的城市社区文化工作者队伍。

Strengthening the study on urban community culture and construction of harmonious cultural forms with local features are the main contents and ways to construct harmonious communities. Communities play an important role in the construc- tion. Firstly, we should set up an image of community culture with individual features; secondly, we should explore new ways to develop community culture; lastly, we should build a group of high-quality community culture servers.
