摘要
为规范采空区治理工程设计方案和施工工艺,杜绝因设计方案导致的治理质量隐患,结合《高速公路采空区(空洞)勘察设计与施工治理手册》,通过对各采空区治理工程试验段试验、检测统计分析,提出全充填压力注浆法设计、施工优化改进技术方案——浆液正循环花管注浆法。此法可完全消除冒落带和裂隙带通道堵塞、钻孔主通道封闭现象,彻底解决传统裸孔注浆法经常出现的注浆表观终止假象;可高压直接作用孔底和孔壁,有效突破煤柱边缘孔底通道;可完全解决注浆孔因堵塞、封闭等原因造成的报废事故,节约投资;提高浆液的充填率和结石率,能够安全有效保证治理质量。
Based on the national technical guidebook and results of tests or experiments conducted in some minded areas under treatment,an improved grouting method was proposed.It was called grouting with pulp normal circulation through screen pipe,which was from the full filling pressure grouting.The new technique could completely prevent the pathways from blocking or clogging in falling zone or fissure zone and the principle channel of the borehole,thus solved the problem of false apparent termination in the traditional grouting through exposed hole.It could be applied to the bottom and the wall of the hole,which could effectively break into the coal pillar at the bottom.It could reduce the failure cost caused by blocking or clogging of the hole and improve the filling and cementation of the pulp.
