摘要
论述了传递路径分析(TPA)的基本原理。建立了TPA模型,并通过在实际工况下的测量和计算,验证了该模型的正确性。基于该模型进行了某车车内噪声各条传递路径贡献量的分析。结果表明,排气管悬置4的Z向、发动机右悬置Z向及发动机左悬置Y向的贡献量最大,为主要的噪声传递路径。对车内噪声主要贡献量路径进行的频响函数与工作力的分析结果表明,在频率为26.7Hz时,排气管吊点Z向的贡献量主要是由其工作力所引起的,即发动机2阶频率时的振动所产生的力;发动机悬置与发动机表面声辐射亦是如此。
The fundamental principle of Transfer Path Analysis(TPA) is described in this article and a TPA model is established.With the measurement and calculation in the actual operating condition,the model is verified.Based on this model,the automotive interior noise transfer paths of a passenger car are analyzed.The results of analysis shows that Direction Z of exhaust mounting,Direction Z of right engine mounting and Direction Y of left engine mounting have the greatest contribution,identifying them as the main transfer paths of automotive interior noise.The result of analysis on the frequency response function of the main transfer path of automotive interior noise and working force indicate that the contribution along Direction Z of exhaust pipe hanging point is mainly caused by its working force at frequency of 26.7Hz,in another word,the force caused by vibration of second-order frequency of engine;the same applies to engine mounting and sound radiation on the engine surface.
