摘要
对一种 β- D甘露聚糖酶产生菌黑曲霉 ASP.Niger WX96菌的产酶酶系进行了研究。通过分析原酶液的种类及利用 HPLC,Sephadex G- 2 5对 3种底物的酶水解产物分析 ,发现酶系中主要有两种甘露聚糖酶及糖化型淀粉酶 ,p H5.5时 ,添加 Ca2 +对β- D甘露聚糖酶的激活和热保护作用较糖化型淀粉酶显著 。
We have made some research on the enzyme system of β D Mannanase producers ( Asper.niger WX96 ). Analytic results showed that the enzyme system mainly contained two kinds of β D mannanase and glucoamylase. The stability of β D mannanase can be more increased by adding calcicium ion at pH 5 5 than glucoamylase. It is suggested that we should make good use of the enzyme system in coordination.
