摘要
结合能量转换理论对多步弯曲成形的卷圆壳件进行设计,应用ABAQUS软件对其进行有限元分析(Finite Element Analysis,FEA)研究。以射频连接器中的卷圆壳件为例,应用能量特征变化曲线,分析每步成形后的合口间隙尺寸及回弹,并对整形工序的整形高度作研究,以控制合口间隙。对指导精密级进模设计,提高卷圆壳件成形精度有一定的参考价值。
The multi-stage circle-curling forming of precision progressive die was investigated in this paper. Combining with numerical simulation used ABAQUS and energy transformation, taking terminator part of radio frequency ( RF ) connector as an example, analyzing forming dimension and springback. Reshaping technology was designed and simulated for controlling the joint gap, guiding the design of precision progressive die and improving forming precision of terminator.
