止动片冲孔落料复合模具设计

摘要 针对止动片的结构特点对制件进行了工艺性分析,并提出了合理的工艺方案,介绍了模具设计中的排样与送料方式和卸料与导向方式,讨论了主要工作件间隙的确定和刃口尺寸的计算,阐述了正装冲孔落料复合模的装配调试要点。该模具提高了制件质量和生产效率,降低了模具成本,制件质量符合生产要求。 Through the process analysis of the molding parts based on structural characteristics of stopplate, a reasonable process was proposed. The blanking layout and feeding styles, unloading way and guiding method were introduced. The determination of the clearance between working parts and the calculation of the cutting edge dimension were discussed. The assembly and adjustment essentials of ordinal loading punching and blanking compound die were expounded. This compound die improved product qualities and production efficiency with lower costs. The reliable product quality is achieved.
