摘要
针对切削参数选择的优化问题,根据冗余思想,提出了可进化的数学模型和可进化的切削参数数据库两种方法相结合的优化方法,通过建立切削参数优化评价机制,使得到的优化数据比原来单一优化行为得到的数据更精准,从理论上和实践上都印证了优化结果的可行性,系统引入用户评价模块,使得优化的数据更反映用户思想,给用户选择参数带来了便利,也使得机床的加工效率大为提高。
Aimed at the optimization of cutting parameters problem, by the redundancy thoughts,a method is put forward to optimize cutting parameters , based on a mathematical model and cutting parameters database that both can be evolved. By means of building a optimization and estimation mechanism of cutting parameters, final datas becomes more precise than single optimized datas. It is testified from thery and practise that optimized datas are reasonable. A users estimation module is used in the system.. It makes optimized datas represent users" opinion, and easy to select parameters for users. The processing efficiency of machine is greatly improved.
