摘要
运用化学发光方法 ,研究了拟黑多刺蚁对全血化学发光与活性氧的抑制作用。结果表明 ,拟黑多刺蚁乙醇提取液和匀浆液都能明显抑制全血化学发光 ,且呈量效关系 ;对非细胞体系产生的活性氧作用是 :能有效地清除超氧阴离子自由基 (O-.2 ) ;对羟自由基 (.OH)清除作用不太显著 ;对 H2 O2 的清除作用呈现低剂量有抑制而高剂量为负抑制。结果提示 。
The inhibitory effects of Polyrhachis vicina roger on chemiluminescence in whole blood and active oxygen has beed studied by using chemiluminescence. The results showed that the extract in ethanol and homogenate solution of Polyrhachis Vicina Roger can obviously inhibit chemiluminescence in whole blood with dose effect relationship. The function of the extract and homogenate solution on active oxygen produced by non cellular system is that they have an obvious scavenged effect on superoxide anion radicals, a less obvious effect on hydroxyl radicals, and they have inhibitory action on H 2O 2 in low concentration and a negative inhibitory action in high concentraion. These results suggest that the edible Polyrhachis vicina roger have the function of delaying aging, which may relate to their direct or indirect scavenging of the active oxygen produced by cellular or non cellular systems.
