陶瓷刀具在精密轧辊硬车削加工中的应用

Application of Ceramic Cutting Tools in Precision Roller’s Hard Turning

在论述硬车削及其加工优点的基础上,提出了在精密轧辊加工中采用硬车削取代磨削的方法。通过对陶瓷刀具的选用、加工机床的选用、刀具结构、刀具切削用量等方面的优化配置,可以实现精密轧辊的加工要求。试验表明,陶瓷刀具在精密轧辊硬车削加工中的应用效果良好。

On the basis of discussing hard turning and its machining advantages, the author puts forward that grinding can be replaced by hard turning in the precision roller＇ s manufacturing. By the optimal allocation to ceramic cutting tools, machining tools, cutting tools structure and the cutting parameters, precision roller＇ s maching can be realized by ceramic cutting tools. The experimental results shows that hard cutting with the ceramic cutter is well applied in precision roller maching.
