摘要
以锻压机床产品为研究对象,将用户的性能要求参数转化为机床设计参数,计算并快速得到产品三维模型。以快速设计得到的模型为基础,计算不同材料的利用率,快速得到锻压机床材料的成本价格,为整机的报价提供更加准确的数据依据,有效控制材料成本,提高产品竞争力。
This paper focuses on the forging machine products. A system is proposed in which the parameters of the customer's requirements on the machine' s performance are transformed into the design parameters. Then a three-dimensional model is instantly achieved through calculation. Based on the model, the utilization of different materials can be calculated out, and then the material cost of the forging machine is quickly obtained, so as to provide more accurate data for the quotation of the whole machine, which will help achieve an effective control of material costs and improve product competitiveness.
