摘要
广州2000年战略规划作为指导城市发展的纲领性文件,对城市发展及建设活动进行及时有效的引导与控制。面对新的形势与任务,广州市新一轮战略规划以保持城市规划的连续性为基础,与时俱进,全面分析了城市发展在全球化背景和科学发展要求下面临的机遇与挑战,确立了战略规划引领城市发展模式转型的核心任务;明确提出建设广州成为国家中心城市的定位与目标;着眼于统领城市发展,制订了城市总体发展战略规划;着眼于统筹空间资源,科学布局了城市结构。
As a programmatic document guiding the urban development, Guangzhou Strategic Planning in 2000 has effectively guided and regulated the urban development and construction activities. Faced with the new situations and missions, the Guangzhou 2020 Strategic Plan comprehensively analyzes the opportunities and challenges of cities in the context of globalization and scientific development-oriented period and identifies that the strategic plan should lead the transition of urban development model. Based on the above-mentioned analysis, it put forwards the positioning and target of Guangzhou as the national central city, and make the urban comprehensive development strategic plan to guide the development of Guangzhou.
