摘要
在总结当前国内街区层面控制性详细规划编制重要经验的基础上,规划结合曹妃甸工业区发展速度快、项目开发规模大、不确定性强的特点,对新时期、特殊地区控制性详细规划编制进行了一些探索和尝试。
By summarizing the domestic experiences of regulatory detailed planning at block level, this paper makes an exploration of the regulatory detailed plan formulation at special areas in new era based on the situations of Caifeidian Industrial Zone which is characterized by the high speed development, large-scale projects and uncertainty in future development.
