摘要
目的:拓宽挂号渠道,方便患者到医院就诊。方法:研究符合医院现实情况的工作模式,开发预约挂号系统,提供网络、电话形式的预约挂号服务。结果:实现了与医院HIS紧密集成的预约挂号系统。结论:方便了患者,减少了患者排队挂号的时间,取得了良好的社会效应。
Objective To develop the appointment register system for the ease of the patient to see the doctor.Methods Two kinds of appointment register services were provided through the network and telephone.Results The appointment register system integrated into HIS was implemented.Conclusion The time of queuing for register is decreased.
