体检中心胸片曝光联动装置的设计

Design of Exposure Interlock Unit for Chest Radiography in Medical Examination Center

目的:研制一种用于体检中心的曝光联动装置,以降低体检废片率。方法:该曝光联动装置利用X光机EXP信号的后沿及片库的READY信号,自动产生片库的换片信号和换片期间X光机的曝光锁定信号,实现2台设备的联动与互锁。结果:使用该装置后,胸片拍摄的废片率由8.2%降低至0.9%。结论:该曝光联动控制装置实现了自动换片机和X光机的联动与互锁,使两机在操作上成为一体,提高了拍摄效率、降低了废片率。

Objective To develop an exposure interlock unit,in order to reduce the rate of bad films.Methods The EXP signal of X-ray system and the READY signal were utilized to realize the interlock of two machines.Results Through using this unit,the rate of bad films decreased from 8.2% to 0.9%.Conclusion Controlled by this unit,the X-ray system and the auto-exchange film chest radiographic stand can operate synchronously and the chest-radiography operation can be efficient.
