MR850湿化系统在呼吸机治疗中的临床应用价值分析

Clinical Value of MR850 Humidification System for Patient Treated by Ventilator

目的:探讨MR850湿化系统在呼吸机治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析医院中心ICU于2007-08—2009-05期间25例使用MR850湿化系统进行呼吸机治疗的效果。结果:25例患者中有23例成功撤机,2例因病情危重救治无效而死亡。患者在呼吸机治疗过程中呼吸机管道无冷凝水倾倒,管道护理间隔为1次/12h;形成Ⅲ度痰液黏稠度3例;发生呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)7例;无气道形成痰痂的患者。结论:MR850湿化系统能够为呼吸机治疗患者提供最佳湿度的气体,减少呼吸机管道护理工作量,降低VAP的发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical value of MR850 humidification system for the patient treated by the ventilator.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on 25 cases treated by MR850 humidification system from August 2007 to May 2009.Results Of all 25 cases,23 ones weaned from the mechanical ventilation successfully,and the other two ones died.During ventilation,there was no disposal of condensate,and tube nursing was performed 2 times a day,and 3 cases suffered from the third-degree sputum viscosity,and no one from sputum callus,and 7 cases from ventilator-associated pneumonia（VAP）.Conclusion MR850 humidification system can provide the best of gas humidity for the patient treated by ventilator,which can save the nursing workload of tube and lower incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia（VAP）.
