我国劳动力市场价格机制失衡与“大学生就业难”

Imbalance of Price Mechanism in Labor Market and Problems of College Student Employment

本文建立了一个简单的理论模型分析劳动力市场价格机制负向失衡对大学生就业的影响。研究结果表明:劳动力市场价格机制负向失衡使我国缺乏技术人员培养激励机制,部分大学生不能顺利转化为技术工人,形成"大学生就业难"和"技工荒"并存的局面。因此,采取有效措施缓解我国劳动力市场价格机制的负向失衡问题是解决当前大学生就业难的关键。

Tnis paper analyzes the effect of the negative imbalance of the price mechanism in labor market on the serious problem of college student employment by establishing a simple theoretical. Results show that the negative imbalance of the price mechanism in labor market results in lack of the technical worker training incentive mechanism, difficulty of the change from college students to skilled worker, and thus results in the existence of the serious problem of college students and skilled worker shortage. So taking the efficient steps to mitigate the negative imbalance of the price mechanism in labor market is the key dement to solve the serious problem of college student employment.
