摘要
管材激光弯曲是一种柔性金属塑性加工方法,特别适合薄壁管材弯曲。通过对大径厚比薄壁管材的激光弯曲过程进行有限元分析,建立了管材激光弯曲热力耦合有限元分析模型,获得了弯曲过程中温度、应力、应变变化的详细信息并进行了初步实验验证。对于薄壁管材激光弯曲,弯曲内侧局部凸起现象较为严重,应予以有效控制。
Laser tube bending, as a flexible metal plastic processing technique, is suitable to the thin-wall tube forming. In this paper, the laser bending process of tubes with large diameter-thickness ratio is analyzed with finite element method (FEM). The thermal-mechanical FEM model is carefully built and the variation of temperature, stress and strain during bending are obtained. An experimental verification is conducted and it meets the analysis well. To the thin wall tube laser bending, the protrusion at the bending inner side is of serious tendency and should be controlled carefully.
