摘要 针对以非晶丝作为敏感元器件研制的磁敏传感器具有高灵敏度,快速响应等特点。利用非晶丝的GM I效应,通过弱磁场感应电路、放大和提取电路、A/D转换和终端显示电路,将弱磁场转化为直观可视的数据显示,并最终产品化为一种新型高斯计。实验结果表明,这种新型高斯计的灵敏度为18mV/μT,最小分辨率为100nT,非线性误差为0.76%F.S,它在测量地磁方面有很好的应用前景。 For the amorphous wire as sensitive components, magnetic sensors have been developed with high sensitivity, fast response and so on,The paper presentes the way to convert weak magnetic fields into visual data display in terms of circuit induction,circuit magnification and selection, A/D conversion and the terminal display circuit by using giant magneto-impedance effect on amorphous wire. A new-type of micro-gauss meter is developed based on above study. The result indicates that the micro-gauss meter has the sensitivity of 18mV/μT,the minimum resolution to 100nT, and non-linearity errors ranging from 0.76% F. S. The micro-gauss meter has certain practical values and promising prospects in the area of weak magnetic measurements.
