一株抗根癌菌的拮抗放线菌菌株的初步鉴定及培养条件研究

Identification and culture conditions of an actinomycetes strain with inhibition activity of Agrobacterium tumefaciens

对从土壤中筛选出的1株抗根癌菌的拮抗放线菌(G-19)进行了鉴定和培养条件研究。经培养性状,生理生化特性,以及16S rDNA序列分析鉴定。初步鉴定为链霉菌属(Streptomyces)。经摇瓶发酵筛选,放线菌G-19最佳培养基为高氏一号;最佳培养条件为摇床转速180 r/min、装液量40 mL/250mL、初始pH值7.0、培养温度28℃。

An anti-Agrobacte rium tumefaciens antagonistic actinomycetes screened from the soil was identified primitively as streptomyces by morpholocal characteristics,culture characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequencing analyzing.After fermentation screening,the optimal condition as the medium was Gause＇s No.1,and the optimum fermentation conditions for the strain： the agitation speed 180 r/min,the volume of cultivated liquid in 250 mL conic bottle 40 mL,the initial pH 7.0,cultivation temperature 28 ℃.
