The Practice and Considerations of Social Work Related to the Youth' Affairs in Medium and Small Cities in Coast Areas

当前,沿海中小城市青少年事务社会工作正处于由传统运行机制向现代运行机制过渡的转型时期,同时呈现出职业化、市场化、社会化与差异化的显著趋势,面临的困难与挑战集中体现在工作模式滞后、服务领域局限、人才队伍薄弱等方面。将社会化模式、市场化运行机制与具体市情相结合,从构建服务网络、创设服务载体、打造服务队伍、夯实服务内容等方面入手,或许是破题之道。

Nowadays, the social work related to the youth＇s affairs in medium and small cities in coast areas is tranfonning, from traditional operation system to modern operation system. In the meanwhile, there are also some obvious tendencies of professionalization, market impact, socialization, and greater differences. Therefore the work is faced with difficulties and challenges, mainly including the following aspects such as backward working modes, limited service fields, weak working staff, and so on. We should combine socialization mode and market operation system with practical situation in the cities, conduct the work by constructing service network, creating service body, strengthening service staff, and fulfilling service content, which may be helpful to solve the problems.
