论新时期社区共青团工作的实践与推进

Practice and Promotion of the Chinese Communist Youth League's Work in Communities in the New Era

随着改革开放的深入和社会体制的转型,社区在城市发展中的地位逐渐提升。为适应形势,共青团组织将触角延伸至社区,社区共青团工作由此应运而生。社区团组织在城市社区中具有特殊的地位,必须遵循一定的思路并掌握必要的切入方法展开工作,才能有效地凝聚社区青年,更好地为他们服务。但从目前的总体情况来看,由于青年与社区团组织关系的松散性,社区团工作与其他基层团建相比仍较为薄弱。因此,需要寻找对策,对其加以改进和提高。

With the Reformation and Opening- up Policy and the transformation of social system being further conducted, communities are taking increasingly important position in the course of urban development. To adjust to the new situation, the Chinese Communist Youth League （the C. C. Y. L. ） has extended her work into communities, and thus the C. C. Y. L. ＇ s work in communities has come into being. The community organizations of the C. C. Y.L. are holding special positions in urban communities. Therefore, it is necessary for us to follow certain thoughts and grasp necessary approaches, so as to conduct our work, to unite the youth in communities effectively, and to serve them in a better way. However, based on the general status quo, due to loose connection between the youth and the community organizations of the C. C. Y.L., the C. C. Y.L. ＇s work in communities is still weak, compared with that in other foundational levels. Therefore, we need to seek to improve and promote the C. C. Y. L. ＇ s work in communities.
