社会资本对独立学院毕业生就业的促进作用 被引量:1

摘要 与普通高校相比,独立学院毕业生的就业问题具有一定的特殊性,如用人单位的统计性歧视及其与独立学院和毕业生之间的信息不对称、"母体优势"及家庭背景特殊性的消极影响,等等。从独立学院及其毕业生的特点来看,积累和动员社会资本将有利于促进毕业生就业。为了促进毕业生就业,独立学院需打造品牌特色,扩大社会知名度,增强社会影响力,健全就业指导机构,创新毕业生就业指导模式,建立校友会,开拓校友资源;而毕业生需动员家庭和亲属社会资源,扩大自己的个人网络规模,通过增加个人社会资本存量来拓宽就业信息渠道和增加就业机会。 Compared with the graduates from general colleges, those from independent colleges are special in employment. For example the employers' statistical discrimination, the information dissymmetry between independent colleges and the graduates, the "parent advantages", and negative influence from their special family backgrounds, etc. By studying the characteristics of the independent colleges and their graduates, we find that the accumulation and mobilization of social capital will help to promote the graduates' employment. To promote the employment, independent colleges should try hard to build their characteristic brands, enhance their social reputation, strengthen their social influence, establish their complete employment guidance organizations, innovate their employment guidance mode for graduates, establish schoolmateassociation and develop employment resources among schoolmates; while the graduates should mobilize their family and relatives' social resources, enlarge personal social intercourse, and increase personal social capital so as to broaden their employment channels and increase their employment opportunities.
