对服刑人员未成年子女的保护,不仅关系到这些未成年人的顺利成长,而且还会影响到他们正在服刑父母的改造效果。我国应当尽早建立一个长期、固定的对服刑人员未成年子女的救助保护体系,给予这些未成年人人性的关怀,从而将这一问题对社会产生的不利影响降到最低。

The protection of inmates＇ minor children is not only critical to the minors＇ healthy development, but also to their parents＇ reforming effects. We should establish a longtermed and stable protection and security system as soon as possible for the inmates＇ minor children. We should give them humanistic care so as to reduce the negative influence to the society, which is caused by the problem, to the lowest extent.
