摘要
试样以含有氧化剂过硫酸铵的稀硫硝混酸溶解,再加过硫酸铵氧化磷、硅为正磷酸、正硅酸。在氧化磷、硅的同时,试样中的锰也被氧化成MnO2沉淀,再以稀过氧化氢溶液还原MnO2为Mn^2+。本法采用联合快速光度法分析Si、Mn、P各元素,大大提高了分析速度,方法的精密度达到并优于相应的国标方法,同时简化操作,降低成本,在实际应用中获得了满意的分析结果。
Samples were dissolved with dilute mixed sulphuric-nitrate acid with oxidant-ammonium peroxydisulfate, then ammonium peroxydisulfate was added to oxidize phosphor and silicon into ortho-phosphoric acid and ortho-silicic acid. While sulphur and silicon were being oxidized, manganese in samples was oxidized into MnO2 as precipitant. Then dilute hydrogen peroxide solution was used to reduce MnO2 into Mn^2+. The photometric method for jointly determining elements of Si, Mn and P, with simple operations and cost reduction, greatly enhaned the speed of analysis, with its precision preceding over corresponding National Standard methods, showing satisfactory analytical results in real application.
