结晶器足辊长寿命技术的研究

Study of Prolonging Service Life of Mold Foot-roller

针对炼钢厂矩形坯连铸机结晶器足辊寿命较短、更换频繁的现状，系统分析，通过在润滑方式、材质选择及对弧方式等三方面的研究应用，使足辊寿命大大延长，降低了维修成本。

The foot-roller of the continuous casting mold for rectangular bloom at the Steelworks enjoyed short service life and needed frequent replacements. Researches on its lubricating ways, selection of materials and arc butting have resulted in the substantial extending of the service life of the foot-roller, thus cutting down its maintenance cost.
