Application of Automatic Blow-off Device on Overhead Travelling Crane Slide Wire

根据板带厂1500mm宽带轧线跨行车滑线工作环境特点，改造设计自动吹扫装置，行车行走时自动吹扫滑线氧化铁皮积尘。该改造使行车供电滑线运行平稳，减少滑线摩擦打火现象，解决了行车电源故障而影响生产的问题。

According to the characteristics of working environment of the slide-wire of the 1 500-mm broad strip production line at the Plate/Strip Plant, the automatic blow-off device was reformed and redesigned to get rid of dust deposition on the slide wire while the overhead travelling crane was moving. This reform avoids the slide wire rubbing with dust which will cause striking arc in order to make slide wire supply electric power steadily and ensure production goes smoothly.
