摘要 针对在靶场弹丸速度测量中基于单片机与VC++的测试方法存在的编程复杂、采集速度慢和精度低等问题,提出了基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件和PCI总线技术的测量方法。它利用LabVIEW软件具有友好的人机界面、简易快捷的图形编程技术等特点,再配以基于PCI总线技术的凌华PCI-9810高速数据采集卡,解决了在弹丸速度信号测试中采集速率的问题和调试软件的复杂度问题。基于该技术构建的新型弹丸速度信号测量系统实现了对7.62mm弹丸速度信号的采集和处理,并获得了相应的实验过靶波形和速度值。与其他测试方法相比,具有可靠性高、操作简单,精度高等优点,非常适合应用于靶场测试。 In view of the problems on the range measurement of projectile velocity based on microcontroller and VC++such as complicated programming, slow velocity collecting and low accuracy of measurement method,a measurement method based on virtual instrument software LabVIEW and PCI Bus technique is proposed, which solves the problems of complex software debugging and slow velocity collecting in the projectile velocity signal test by using friendly interface of LabVIEW, simple graph programming technique and PCI-9810 fast date acquisition card based on PCI Bus. The given projectile velocity measurement system for signal is tested with 7. 62 mm projectile and then the experimental waveforms and the data of projectile velocity are obtained. Compared to other testing methods, the given method features higher reliability, easier operation and higher accuracy. It is very suitable for range test.
